15 Reflection Questions for Your End-of-Year Student Survey

May 8, 2018

Being a music teacher, you know firsthand how crazy the end of the year is with performances, SLO's, classroom clean-up and more. However, with all the busyness it's important to remember that our students' experience is what matters most. Before school's out, create a survey for your students to reflect on their year. They can complete this on paper, in a Google Form or you can even facilitate a discussion with your students. To help you get started, I've included a list of 15 reflection questions for your band students. Don't teach band? No problem! Feel free to change the questions to fit your music class or ensemble. Enjoy! There is also a PDF version available below.
